In the application process, authors should check the conformity of their submissions to all the materials listed below. Those applicants who do not comply with this guideline will be returned to the authors.
- The submitted manuscript shouldn’t have been previously published or submitted to another journal simultaneously.
- The uploaded file should be in Microsoft Word document file format. Tables and captions should come after references. High-quality copies of the figures should be sent as attachments.
- For original articles, a copy of the "Ethics Committee Approval Certificate" should be uploaded.
- A signed copy of the "Copyright Agreement Form" should be uploaded.
- Be sure that the article doesn’t contain the author's name, institutional information, thanks letter for the ethics committee, etc. This is important for referee evaluation of the article in terms of being objectively handled by the "blind review".
- You should not forget that if your study is found sufficient and appropriate in terms of subject, it will be checked for plagiarism, and you should avoid making citations that will be within the scope of plagiarism as writing the article.
- If your article is produced from a thesis, abstract, poster, etc.; be sure to state it as a footnote with the date.
- There cannot be any changes in your article once it is published. Therefore we advise you strongly to examine your article carefully when last check e-mail sent to you, and if there are any necessary revisions you have to make, please send them to us before the journal is published.
